Valentine's Day Spa Night & Party

Saturday, February 14th @ 9PM until about 1am.

Instead of the Sensual Repast, the Little Red Day Spa will be holding a special event that will be part Couple's Night, part Sensual Repast, part Little Red Studio.

Here is what Jeff wrote in the newsletter:

Valentine's Day is on Saturday this year and I know you are all wishing you had something really fun and fresh to do with and for your Sweetie. Well, we are offering something special at the Spa. We have a special evening planned that is only for couples, of all persuasions, of course.

Starting at 9:00 Sophie will have the spa ready for an evening of food and fun. While we are not preparing a feast like the Sensual Repast, we will have heavy hors devours and lots of chocolate and desserts. In fact, we have something crazy in mind for getting you and yours truly involved in dessert. We will also have a Blues Dance Lesson and some dancing in the upper studio. Sophie will be encouraging everyone to Hot Tub, massage and body paint.

Then, around midnight, the cast from the Red Show will be coming over to party after their show. It will definitely be a wet and wild night.

Cost: $50 per person

Rumors about Valentine's Day Sensual Repast

We are getting more requests for spa sessions than we are getting reservations for the Sensual Repast on February 14th. Kerry in the main office has let me know that we don't have the minimum number of reservations yet. This is not uncommon, as people tend to make reservations for the dinner the week before, anyway. However, I have been turning down people who want spa sessions on the evening of the 14th because a Repast is scheduled.

For the above reasons, last night Kerry said that a decision of whether to hold or cancel the Feb. 14th Sensual Repast will be made within the next day or two. If you were thinking of attending the Sensual Repast as a Valentine's Day treat for your sweetie, I highly suggest that you put in a call to Kerry at (206)328-4758today or first thing Monday morning in order to secure a reservation. I will keep everyone updated as soon as I hear what decision was reached.

I have to admit, I am ambivalent as to what I want to happen. I love doing the Sensual Repast dinners, as the conversation and food is always of the highest caliber. Christina, one of the Little Red Studio troupe members who is a vocalist, is invited to sing during dinner and she told me of the luscious aria that she had picked out. An incredible night has been planned.

But if Repast is canceled, I will get to do spa sessions with couples instead, that is always a joy. There are few things better than sharing my knowledge with people so that they can take those tips and tricks home to pamper each other.

Sharing joy. Either way, I win.

Sensual Repast

Another "secret handshake" event is our upcoming Valentine's Day Sensual Repast. Chef Kim will be our Master Chef. We are preparing a fantastic night that will include Blues Dance lessons with Gin, photo play with Jim, fantastic food by Kim and all the facilities of the Spa under Sophie's direction. Tickets will be $100 per person all inclusive except a recommended 20% gratuity. We are limiting this event to 14 guests, plus 6 of our own to serve you. This will be Saturday, Valentine's Day at the Spa. Oh.... and as if that weren't enough, the cast of "The Red Show" re-mount will be coming over for their cast party after midnight. What fun!

I know this is early but...

I scheduled a private rental during the afternoon of February 14th, today. I know it's a month away, but I thought I would remind people that it is probably best to start thinking about scheduling a Valentine's Day spa session or private rental for that weekend now, rather than later.

The evening is still available if someone wants to have a private party and rent the Spa for the evening. There is rumor of Chef Kim organizing a Valentine's Day dinner, but that isn't set in stone, yet. However, it's first come first served as far as renting the Spa. If you decide to rent out the Spa for the whole evening, (catered or not) then we'll do a Sensual Repast another time. This is your chance for a truly deluxe experience!

A Sensual Repast at the Little Red Day Spa

As our schedules fill from the final push before year's end, we would like to invite you to take a moment to indulge & pamper yourself before we turn that energy to our loved ones. Our final repast of 2008 will be held on November 21st, 8pm at our day spa. Among other things, our own mezzo soprano diva will have an evening gown painted on her by LRS artist, Zan, during the evening at which point we will be serenaded with a few short opera favorites. Also, the cast of "Menage A Trois" will be joining the festivities late in the evening to celebrate the opening night of their show, making this a repast and a cast party all in one.

As a reminder, no spa appointments will be scheduled after 5pm on Friday, November 21st, due to preparations for the Sensual Repast. And since we are talking of the schedule, Mondays and Tuesdays have become very busy days, but Wednesday and Thursday is wide open this week. If you are one of those people you doesn't always know their schedule a week in advance, next day appointments can be had this week.

This is a very special dinner event that will include will include classic Halloween Tales, partner massage and a trip to the Little Red Studio for the Erotic Haunted House: The Dreaming. At the completion of the show, you will be returned to the Spa to share in dessert and hot tubbing.

Reservations are required for this dinner - seating is limited to 16 people and we have a few openings left, as of this writing. The cost is $100 per person, payable in advance at time of reservation, which includes dinner, beverages, admission to and transportation to and from the Haunted House. Once again, the Little Red Day Spa is hosting Chef Kim and his Sensual Repasts.


On Saturday, October 25th, we're again offering a very special dinner event, The Sensual Repast. Some of the things we have in store will include body painting, classic Halloween Tales, partner massage and some live music to add just the right ambiance. After the main course you will be whisked away to our Erotic Haunted House: The Dreaming. At the completion of the show, you will be returned to the Spa to share in dessert and hot tubbing.

Another dinner at the Spa.

Chef Kim and his crew of LRS assistants recently created what was arguably our best Sensual Repast last month the Little Red Day Spa. The Spa, as it turns out, is a perfect intimate little place for an artistic culinary experience. Kim and I heartily agree that we should host them all in the Spa this fall.

Here is a snippet of the last LRS email newsletter that toots my horn a little:

A big advantage to hosting the Sensual Repast at the spa is that we have Sophie, our spa director on hand to help make this a unique evening. Sophie will facilitate guests use of the spa facility after desert and will help get everyone in the mood by leading folks in some interactive ways to connect before dessert.

Our next Sensual Repast is September 27th. Chef Kim is developing a multi-course seasonal menu now. We will be sure to send a notice about this and other developments soon. In October, the Sensual Repast will also serve as a kick off dinner for the Erotic Haunted House. Your Sensual Repast ticket will include tickets to a late showing of the haunted house that evening (about a 50 minute experience), and the spa held on reserve for you after the show as well as dessert and libations to match. Oh yes, and taxi vouchers for the short trip over and back if needed.

This event will also not be listed on our website or Brown Paper Tickets. Reservations must be made in advance by calling Kerry in the office at 206-328-4758. Please call for more information, times and ticket prices.
